Umpqua Bank to acquire Pacific Premier Bank
On April 23, 2025, Umpqua Bank entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Pacific Premier Bank. We anticipate completing the acquisition later this year, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals and other customary closing conditions. You will soon enjoy access to over 350 branches throughout the West and an enhanced suite of business services. Until close, both banks will continue to operate independently.
